I have similar issues as the question/conversation in this link. Attaching the link as the older one cannot be commented on.
My mouse works for the first couple of seconds (the light is green) when I connect via the 2.4GHz dongle and stops working as soon as the laser turns off. The Bluetooth option seems to be working (freezes and sometimes straight up stops working) only on a certain laptop running on windows 11. I’ve tried the solutions in the attached link but haven’t succeeded.
I’ve also seen that razer doesn’t have a firmware update for this specific mouse model.
Any help with this is appreciated :)
