TR: Merhaba, Razer deathadder v3 8k Modelini kullanıyorum. Ürünün ilk sahibiyim. kabloyu kasaya takınca dpi ışığı yanıyor ardından hemen sönüyor. Synapse uygulaması açık yada kapalı fareyi algılamıyor. Fare çalışmıyor. Ürünü neredeyse hiç kullanmadım.

Hello, it includes Razer deathadder v3 8k Model. I am the first owner of the product. When you plug the cable into the case, the dpi light turns on and then turns off immediately. Synapse application does not work whether it is open or closed . The mouse does not work. I almost never used the product.

I understand that you're experiencing some issues with your Razer DeathAdder V3. Here are a few troubleshooting you can try:

  1. Make sure to plugged in directly to a PC's USB ports and not the USB hub.
  2. Make sure to Update the firmware on your Razer mouse.
  3. Uninstall the mouse driver
