hello my dongle wont connect to my computer for my razer death adder  v3 pro and i’ve have  looked up a bunch of solutions and none worked i think my dongle is broken because even when i take it out of the extender thing and plug it in normally it dosn’t connect

Have you also updated the firmware and dongle version? After updating the firmware, my dongle stopped working. There is no pairing at all (I tried all the methods

I’m sorry to hear about the issues with pairing your Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro to its dongle. To isolate the problem, try to perform the workaround below.

1. Under the Device Manager, go to mice and other appointing devices. You should see both the mouse and the Razer HyperPolling wireless dongle.
2. Right-click on them and click Uninstall Device. Please make sure that "delete the driver software for this device has been checked."
3. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
4. The drivers are automatically installed on your computer after a restart.
5. Perform a clean reinstallation of Synapse following the steps here. Make sure to locate and remove all remnants of Razer Synapse from the PC.
