Deathadder v3 pro polling rate only 1000hz

Hi,

Just got the deathadder v3 pro, have installed latest firmware and synapse 4 is showing 125, 500 and 1000hz as the only options. Isn’t this mouse capable of 8000hz? I specifically want to use 4000hz. Am I doing something wrong?

 

Also tried to restart pc, no difference

    Do you have Hyperpolling dongle? Or Hyperspeed one?
