Have you tried cleaning the scroll wheel using a can of compressed air? Were there any incidents that happened to your mouse before the problem? Is there any noticeable physical damage from the device?i.e.cracks, tangled cable, exposed wire, etc. Please PM me your device serial number and proof of purchase for warranty validation. I’d appreciate it if you could share a short recording showing the issue and a list of the troubleshooting steps you’ve tried to isolate the issue. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Thanks!
