I have been using the mouse with the provided usb adapter + razer usb type A to type C cable since I first bought it, however, this recent weeks, it somehow not get detected by the pc, it can be a hit or miss but now most of the time it wont detect at all,
Yes I can connect it to work directly connecting the dongle to the PC USB ports but why does this happened and what can I do to get it to work as usual again?

Can you test it on another computer to check if the issue persists? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable trouble shooting steps that might address the issue with the USB adapter.
