My wireless dongle for my v3 pro stropped working, no PC will recognize it when plugged in. The mouse works wired fine. I bought a new 2.4 dongle, which was recognized by the Razer update software, and updated the firmware on both devices. However the mouse will still not connect via wireless, it searches but does not see the 2.4 dongle. I’m at a loss, is there any other way to resolve the issue?
