My new Razer deathadder v3 wired mouse disconnects when lifted from my desk, I've tried every usb port in my pc and there is no possibility that it could have been damaged as the problems were immediate and I bought it off of amazon in new condition. I have also tried the mice on my laptop (ubuntu) and same thing happens. Is this normal? Can I do something about it?

Not normal, may be damaged wire as
