Hello,

 

My DA V3 Wired keeps disconnecting from PC constantly. From what I see many other people are facing the same problem, still I tried to find the problem updating the firmware, razer synapse, testing in other USB ports and even a different PC, nothing solves and the mouse is literally unusable at this point.

 

So my question is, how can I contact Razer Support directly to possibly RMA the mouse? I’ve been searching in the website and can’t find any form of contact surprisingly.

Thanks for alerting us about this. We’re leaning toward a hardware fault right here but I’ll double-check. Please drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
