I bought my Deathadder V3 Pro on Amazon. Worked fine for 5 weeks, then totally dead. Filed support ticket. Was told the seller is ‘3rd party’ and so they won’t honor the warranty. They even tried to claim the product might be fake. Garbage quality, garbage support, garbage warranty.
