Deatheradder elite not recognised on device

Hi all, hopefully im posting this is the correct place, ive got a deathadder elite, it was working yesterday on my macbook and windows pc, today i tried to connect it to my ps4, it was flagging up that it was connected in the corner but still wasent actually working, so i read to hold down all the buttons to reset the mouse as someone may have customised the buttons previously, since then, it wont work on any of my devices, the RGB is lit up but other than that it does nothing, i downloaded synapse 2.0 and again its saying no device recognised, ive tried this on my macbook and my windows pc which it was working on yesterday. Any help would be appreciated as ive looked everywhere and not found much useful information.
