Deathstalker Chroma Keyboard Firmware Bugs. | Razer Insider

Hi, guys! That's my First time here, so I hope to give as much information as possible and in the right place, thank you. My story is as follows ... I have an amd acer ryzen 3 notebook, with windows 10 x64, where the keyboard was connected. At night I used it normally, turned it off and in the morning I went to reuse it, started to hear connection and disconnection sounds from usb, which exists as a notification in win10, I found it very strange because I was using my equipment normally, but the sounds were uncomfortable, there was all the time, and I knew it wasn’t normal. I have to mention that my operating system was bad, with my machine needing to format its OS (I postponed that, laziness). Anyway, I soon thought it was the system giving a problem, even because my peripherals were normal. I started to check usb port by port and peripheral by peripheral, until I found the problem, coming from the chroma deathstalker keyboard. Kb "symptoms" were, blinked and turned the lights on and off 3x, then the kb never came back, the lights went out (so far I didn't know about hardreset or demo mode). Dead keyboard, I insist until the windows start to respond, and answered, but there was a message that the USB was being barred. Windows did not recognize the keyboard, even though it was a keyboard, it even made the USB connection sounds, anyway ... I went after drivers and the like and nothing about the keyboard worked, until I decided to format it, thinking it would solve it, I installed it everything manually (drivers and the like). But nothing and worse, there were no more USB connection sounds, but I tested the demo mode and the keyboard works perfectly, all the keys, all the lights, but when it comes out, it dies. So I concluded that it was the same thing that happened with my mouse mamba, the charging base lost the firmware (but that was my mistake), only the mouse worked by cable and not wireless, I fixed it. So, I assumed that the keyboard may have a firmware error, but the esc and caps only turn demo mode on and off. The curious thing is that when installing the system, drivers, etc. He recognizes that there is a keyboard, even with the name of the old system "razer mamba" (yes, the same name as the mouse) but recognized as a keyboard, but when connecting nothing works and windows does not recognize that there was a connection on the port. Remembering that I did everything manually, so there are no traces of the old system. can anybody help me? I believe that this is very specific and I can't go looking for concrete research, because I haven't found anything on the internet so far. Please thank and apologize for the huge text, but I tried to report as much as possible for this specific case.
