Deathstalker Standart Keyboard not recognized and lagging

I had Razer Deathstalker since 2018, on old PC. When I changed the PC, the Razer Synapse does not recognize the keyboard, while it recognizes the Razer Basilisk mouse, I installed this year. Since I cant configure the keyboard, I cant also solve the lagging issue I have with the keyboard, when I try to type something.
