Deathstalker Ultimate not recognized by Razer programs

For at least 3 years, I've used a Razer Deathstalker Ultimate keyboard that has a touchscreen on the right side. Unfortunately, for more than a year, I haven't been able to utilize the features from before. Not only that, but Razer Synapse doesn't recognize the keyboard, and I can't even register it, since the page where I can register my keyboard thinks my serial number is unknown. I remember being able to play sound files and search youtube videos on the touchscreen while I do other things on my PC, and even bringing up a calculator or a keypad. Unfortunately, I can't do any of that anymore. I can't even change the glow my keyboard keys give, and it's stuck in blue. The M1 to M5 keys and the Razer keys also seem to be useless. I can still use my keyboard as normal, and I can even still use the touchscreen and buttons below it for the mouse, but nothing else. Can anyone help me?
