Deathstalker V2 not working

It was working fine on Thursday of last week. I came home from a trip today (monday) to find it sending a rainbow of rgb across the device from left to right and now it won’t respond to any keystrokes. I’ve tried updating firmware, I’ve tried reinstalling drivers, what do I do?

Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try to reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:

 

1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer keyboard and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.

The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
