Hello Razer Support Team,
I’m posting here because I currently have no other way to contact customer support, and I urgently need assistance with a defective product purchased directly from the official Razer website.
I received a Razer DeathStalker V2 Pro today, however the keyboard arrived with zero usable functionality.
Issue details:

RGB lights turn on
-
Keyboard does not register any key input
-
Not detected by Windows at all
-
Not detected by Razer Synapse
-
Happens in both wired and wireless modes
The issue persists in all cases. The keyboard has never worked since unboxing, I‘ve tried restart/fresh install/update, and I’ve tried plug it to my mac and the problem still exists, it just doesn’t work.
I am trying to request a return & refund, but when I use the Razer website return/support system, it says:
“We don’t seem to recognize that order number or email.”
At this point, I’m stuck and unable to proceed through the automated system. I would really appreciate if I can get customer support help on this case as I simply want to return a product that arrived defective.
