Deathstalker V2 Pro Connection Issues

After buying the Brand new Deathstalker V2 Pro for 250 Bucks, where i decided giving wireless a chance, i might regret it! Because the wireless connection always fails, sometimes it connects and disconnects in just a time of a second. Happens with both Options, the 2.4 Ghz Dongle and via Bluetooth. The Second thing, the Deathstalker V2 Pro doesn't show up in Synapse3.. it does via Cable but not via 2.4 Ghz Dongle, and only sometimes with Bluetooth, depends on the connection. Any troubleshooting i can do? Or Maybe i have a bad Product? But its only the connection. Keyboard feels great, when it works.

Hey I had the same issue but what I found out that will fix this is you haft to keep the Razer Synapse running in your background meaning; leave it showing do not minimize it.......not sure why but when i did this I did not have anymore issues with the keyboard not working properly. Hope this helps

I managed to find a very easy fix. I literally typing this on my deathstalker and it happily connects to synapse 3 no problem right now. I did see that it did not connect to synapse and that is because the update has not fully taken place. You need to go to apps in settings and then you will need to search up synapse 3 and then clikc on the 3 dots and then modify. After you have clicked modify, you should see a new razer pop up that then shows three options. You need to click the top one and then update it. You might as well install all of the extra apps like I did. Once you have wanted to update it. You have to wait around 5-10 minutes of updates. After that you would need to restart the pc and then you shouls see your deathstalker there. If not wait around a minute or so... Hopefully this helps. :)
