About 2 years ago, I bought the Deathstalker V2 Pro TKL at release. After almost exactly 2 years, the lighting on the keyboard suddenly went out, but all the keys still work perfectly. The shortcuts using FN F11-F12 also respond in Synapse, it's just that no lights are on.
I have already tried everything: demo mode, hard reset, soft reset, firmware update, and testing it on another PC. I'm at a loss—maybe someone can help me.
