Deathstalker V2 Pro turns off when switched to BT mode

I’ve reset the keyboard both using Esc/Caps/Space and via Razer Synapse factory reset, and my Deathstalker V2 Pro still won’t turn on when switched into BT mode. I’ve removed it from my PC’s bluetooth settings & all, but I’m getting incredibly frustrated because the 2.4 mode has connection issues when my keyboard is literally 3ft max from my tower, so I would really, REALLY like to keep it in BT mode if at all possible. The entire reason for buying this in the first place was so that I could be wireless, and the BT mode used to work phenomenally. I’d appreciate any help that anybody has to offer, as I’m really at my wit’s end here.
