Hi, my Deathstalker V2 keyboard started playing up on my PC, the down arrow key was operating continually so I couldn’t do anything. I tried the keyboard on two other computers and had the same problem. I tried another Razer keyboard (Black Widow Elite I’m using to type this, so the Razer software is working okay) and that works fine on all PCs. After a couple of days, I tried the Deathstalker V2 again and found the down arrow key is completely dead, no chroma light under just that one key, no down-arrow key-press response at all on any of my PCs.
I think this Deathstalker keyboard has 2 years warranty. Should I take it back to the store or is there a firmware reset I should try first? I’m in Sydney Australia. Thanks for your feedback.
