Deathstalker V2 (RZ03-0450) purchased 2024-02-06 - Dead Key

Question

Hi, my Deathstalker V2 keyboard started playing up on my PC, the down arrow key was operating continually so I couldn’t do anything. I tried the keyboard on two other computers and had the same problem. I tried another Razer keyboard (Black Widow Elite I’m using to type this, so the Razer software is working okay) and that works fine on all PCs. After a couple of days, I tried the Deathstalker V2 again and found the down arrow key is completely dead, no chroma light under just that one key, no down-arrow key-press response at all on any of my PCs. I think this Deathstalker keyboard has 2 years warranty. Should I take it back to the store or is there a firmware reset I should try first? I’m in Sydney Australia. Thanks for your feedback.

Update: Additional testing hasn’t resolved the issue: I uninstalled all Razer software and drivers, rebooted, and reinstalled Razer Synapse 4 from a fresh download. Problem persists. Tried a hard reset of the keyboard (unplug the USB, hold Caps and Shift while connecting the USB) but no difference. Did a reset of the configurations in the Razer software but there’s no difference. The down arrow stays dead.I’m using 64 Bit Win 11 Pro 24H2 on an Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 185H2.50 GHz ASUS NUC, with 64 GB Ram and 4 TB SSD, and a Samsung 32” 4K 60 Hz monitor, the USB ports are USB 3.2 and have been working fine.
