Hey there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Does the issue happen when the headset is connected to another device? If you have a Windows operated computer, please search for "Windows sound troubleshooter" and check if it found an issue and allow any recommended fix. Let me know if it helps.
I'm sure this is a Windows problem OR the synapse program where you select the device you want to take over when THX is unplugged isn't working. I have THX spatial set as the default windows output device and Realtek speakers to be used when THX is unplugged in Synapse. Is there something else that needs to be changed to allow the Realtek Speakers to pick up the default sound when the headset is unplugged? Actually the speakers sound okay with THX spatial as the default sound through the speakers when the headset is unplugged but wondered why it isn't switching???

Thanks for the follow-up. This is normal behavior. Our Support Team was able to replicate it as well.
When you say "normal behavior" does that mean that's the way it should work or there is a problem with the program not working as it should? If it's the former, then why have an option to select another default sound program when the headset is unplugged? Thanks....

Thanks for pointing that out. The THX output device is designed for all Razer THX-compatible headsets. The THX device output may have worked while the laptop is on speaker. However, it can't utilize the THX spatial audio feature. You can also post this to our Razer Synapse developer's thread by clicking this link or use the feedback option found in your Razer Synapse settings/options.
This may be a little off topic but I posted this in other thread with no answer in 3 days. Since you are obviously following this thread maybe you can help. I was under the impression you could change the volume level for each spatial zone in the THX mixer. If so, how? I can't find anything written. The hearing in my right ear is not as good as the left and I need to increase the volume on that side (or decrease on the left). Thanks of any help with this.
