Why when i try to register my newly bought Razer Blackshark V2 X, it says that my device is already registered even though i have not resgistered it. Am i the only one facing this problem? Razer can you please help me. Thank You.

Could you please let me know where you purchased the headset? Please PM me with the headset's serial number and proof of purchase, or the name of the reseller, so I can verify if they are an authorized Razer store. You can save and share the files using any online drive account listed here. Thanks!
