I purchased the razer blackshark v2 x from amazon on the 13th of this month. When I went to activate 7.1 surround sound, the razer program said device was already registered.
Any prompt help would be appreciated.

I understand you're having trouble registering your new headset to your Razer account. Just to let you know, product registration is primarily for warranty purposes. You can still enjoy the 7.1 Surround Sound using the activation code from the scratch card in the packaging. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, I recommend reaching out to the reseller for a replacement.
Please make sure to purchase your Razer products from authorized Razer resellers to ensure your Razer device is genuine. Products purchased from non-authorized resellers may be used, counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
