Device connection to the Synapse 2

Hi all, i just recieved my Blackshark v2 pros today. And i was trying to mess around abit with some settings from the synapse 2. This was 1. of the reason i bougt the headset, i saw a bunch of videos recommending these exact pairs. My issue is now that im on a Macbook Air - macOS Catalina 10.15. and after a bit of research i saw a lot of comments about peoples devices had a hard time connecting to the Synapse 2 via Mac. And this is also my issue. it wont detect my headset even tho usb is plugged in and the headset is on.
