i play with my keyboard and mouse in different places but after one time after installing razer synapse my Cynosa chroma cant be detected by the software and it is showing in the corner "Device Driver Software was not successfully installed"

Can you post a screenshot of the error that you are getting? Is the Razer Cynosa Chroma keyboard currently functioning? Does it light up?
the keyboard is functioning and lighting up. Im using it right now but without razer synapse
I see. Can you try to click on that icon on the taskbar that has the "red X" and show us what's on the next window? When you say without Razer Synapse, are you saying that the app does not work?
I cant click it, razer synapse is working fine it just doesnt detect my keyboard
