Device Encryption on 2021 Blade 14?

I have a 2021 Blade 14 (RZ09-0370). It looks like it has TPM 2.0, and this spec page lists support for Modern Standby. I've read a couple articles about the difference between Bitlocker (in Windows Pro/Enterprise) and Device Encryption (in Windows Home), and it sounds like meeting those two requirements would allow Device Encryption to be used, but I don't have a Device Encryption link on the Privacy & Security page in Settings. I have a theory why it's not working: I followed these instructions and I get [CODE]The following sleep states are not available on this system: Standby (S1) The system firmware does not support this standby state. Standby (S2) The system firmware does not support this standby state. Standby (S0 Low Power Idle) The system firmware does not support this standby state.[/CODE] (S0 corresponds to Modern Standby.) I don't think I care about actually using Modern Standby, but I do want to enable device encryption. Has anybody gotten this working?
