Device manager install Hid-compliant drive after uninstall Basilisk V3 driver

Hello, I am having some problem on my mosue, I try to fix a game issue and one thing i try is to reinstall the mouse driver but after I delete the Basilisk V3 driver it auto install the window Hid-compliant drive after restart pc .

    that cause a problem I can’t custom my side key of my mouse, it reset to defult and I edit key in synapse 3 it didn’t work(it actually save buy not work)

OK I slove it on manual install driver in folder
