Devices don´t show in Synapse 2.0 | Razer Insider

Hi,



i tried most things to fix this but nothing worked so far. So here is the problem.

Windows 10 pro 64 bit says to me synapse 2.0 detected my deathadder 2013 mouse and deathstalker keyboard but in the software itself nothing shows up. synapse aks me to connect suported devices. on win7 all worked fine, tried different versions of synapse nothing helped. any clues? sorry for my englisch ...

Can you put up a screenshot of the notification you received indicating the devices detected by the app? I'd appreciate it if you can include a screenshot highlighting how the mouse and keyboard appear on the Device Manager.

@freshSchoolBusYellow279 @BaaLXeeN Please uninstall the Razer Devices and the HID drivers then run Windows Update to get signed drivers. If the app still doesn't detect your Razer peripherals, please PM me so we can further isolate the issue.
the question is how do u do that? i did uninstall all and than i cant use the devices so i need to reconnect them and the old drivers are there so i uninstalled only mouse drivers and i was able to run update via keyboard and he found nothing so i need to reconnect the mouse, isnt there a chance to get signed driver and instal them manually?and why shows my mouse up on keyboard selection in devicemanager ?
The only way to get signed drivers as of this time is via the Windows Updater. What you can do is uninstall all the HID drivers and uninstall one Razer device driver then reboot. Your OS should automatically search for signed device drivers right after booting up.
do i need to uninstall synapse 2.0 too? if i uninstalle all drivers for mouse and keyboard and restart it reloads the same drivers...as before
