Just purchased a Basilsk v3 pro 35k and charging dock. Installed synapse 4 using admin and while the device name appears in a box, there is a spinning green wheel that never stops.
It clearly can see the device to be able to name them, clicking on the decice a loading tab appears with the words detectic device.
i have rebooted, uninstalled, turned off anti virus reinstalled with admin, opened app with admin im running out of ideas if anyone has advice before i send it back to amaon for a refund.
