Diablo 3 not working with Synapse 3

The game no longer changes my keyboard to the red look with 1-4 and q to white. I Loved this feature with Synapse 2. Please bring this back or let me know how to get this back. I do have the game enabled in the Synapes 3 app.

Hi there! Have you tried reinstalling Synapse to see if the issue persists?
