Did my order come through correctly?

Hi guys, Yesterday I placed an order on the Razer webshop. If I check my order status, it says that there aren't any orders. I did receive an email confirming my order. I've tried to contact Razer support 6 times today, but, well, there customer support seems to be on par with their reputation.... Any advice would be appreciated! Martijn
