Did not receive 7.1 surround sound activation code

Just got the Razer Kraken Kitty headset, and did not receive the activation code for the surround sound. Am I missing something? I thought that the Kraken series is supposed to receive a code- I never got an email for one.

    Please note that the Razer Kraken Kitty doesn't come with an activation code as it's supported by THX Spatial Audio. Here's a guide on how to use THX as a playback device. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a message. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
