i recently bought the razer quartz kitty headphones from the official razer website but there was no scratch card in the box or email sent to me for the activation code. i have already registered my product under my account but still have not received any email for the code. can i know how to get the activation code so that i can use the 7.1 surround sound app?

The Razer Kraken Kitty doesn't come with an activation code as it's supported by THX Spatial Audio. Here's a guide on how to use THX as a playback device. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a message. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
