Yes as the title said I didn't receive the activation code. It did say that I'll get it through email. I did got an email from razer but it didn't contain an activation code. The headset I'm using is Kraken V3.

Please send me the serial number of your device via PM, along with the email address connected to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify the model of your headset and check if you are eligible for code generation. Let's continue from there.
