Didnt get razer raptor accessories in weeks due to a long back order delay
I ordered a razer raptor December 23rd with no cables included in the box and I contacted support from many reps to try to resolve this issue to get the accessories needed. However after chatting, calling and even emailing these reps, they keep trying to keep my Hope's up with more time excuses such as please wait 24-48hr for a response(which I didnt get) and they promise they will fix this. Also, they said there was delays because of a back order to get the cables needed which is very frustrating and sad since they got my RMA number. So this was a full waste of time so I requested a refund and a 5% discount and wait 1-2days for a response(which I highly doubt). So here is advice if you get a monitor check to see if you get the cables. If you didn't get the cables get a refund right away before it's too late.
