Disconnecting Ballistick v3 issue

Can anyone help me out? 

Having issues with my Ballistick v3 connection, one second he has connection and then ten seconds disconnects again, is this fixable or is it game over?

Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. You can also check if the USB connector is dirty. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
