Discord problems and Razer Synapse 2.0 won't launch.

Hello! I have a Razer Kraken USB that I was using on my computer for years with Synapse 2.0. After purchasing a new SSD, I have got my Windows 10 reinstalled and after that, Razer Synapse 2.0 won't launch. I have already tried everything I could find on FAQs, I have already deleted the drivers, installed and ran as administrator, reinstalled, uninstalled, reinstalled Windows again, nothing seems to work. The app starts and it even start a Windows process, but the interface won't launch. When I install Synapse 3.0, Synapse 3.0 launches, but it is not compatible with my phone (Razer Kraken USB) and it directs me to Synapse 2.0 download page. I am able to use my phone with default Windows drivers, but I am currently having some issues specifically with Discord, that's why I am trying to get Synapse to work again: At random times, discord volume skyrocks and I almost gets deafened by it and other times sounds go too low (both in volume and frequency) and same issue stops my mic from working. It only happens with my Razer phone with discord installed on Windows, it does not happen to any other program or web version of Discord or any other USB or P2/P3 headphone. Have anyone got this problem before?
