Discord, Razer Naga, and Mouse Lag

I have no idea what is causing it, but since discord is unusable and I am already reaching out to their support, I figured I'd try here as well. I can run discord and do anything just fine... until I get into a call. Everything goes to hell then. Be it private or a discord channel, my mouse moves like molasses. No other systems have the issue. Keyboard is fine, games run ok... Just the mouse. Be it in a game or not, the mouse just starts moving like an old 90s wheel with crud in it. I'm completely out of ideas. No idea if anyone else has encountered this, or has a fix, but I'd be eternally grateful if so.
