Do i have to pay for customs when buying from RazerStore EU?

Hello! I ordered Razer hammerhead true wireless earbuds in RazerStore EU a few days ago, Shipping fee costed a whopping 35€ to my country. I assumed that if i bought it from an EU store, it would be shipped from an EU country, but sadly it's being shipped from Hong Kong. My question is, does anyone know if the shipping cost also include custom fees? FedEx shows "Package available for clearance" (took 2 days till it cleared) and then "International shipment release - Import", my item should arrive tomorrow.
