Do the Razer Pro wireless devices conflict with each other's signals?

I received a Pro Type Ultra wireless keyboard and a Pro Click Mini wireless mouse as gifts. Soon after setting them up I started noticing regular lag or signal drop. They will take a couple seconds to register movement or clicks on the mouse, and sometimes miss multiple characters when typing on the keyboard. Tried all the troubleshooting tips I could find including Razer software and firmware updates, computer power settings, different ports, different computers, modifying wifi router signals and other sources of interference...nothing worked. Then I remembered an issue I ran into at an office I used to work in where we got signal interference from having a bunch of the exact same model wireless mouse that were crossing signals. So I unplugged the keyboard dongle and the mouse seems to be holding steady, and then tried the opposite with the same results. So, my question is are these 2 devices that are seemingly made to encourage people to use them together seriously crossing signals and making each other unusable?
