I know a lot of the usual services are shut right now due to covid but is there anyone still working in customer support?
Six months ago had the privelege of Razer fixing my GPU issue by just downgrading my system without any notice or compensation. So they basically just stole from me, and after that fix Razer was never heard from again, even after multiple messages and cases submitted.
Also now have another problem with a fan sounding like a grinding gear transmission and the screen going black at random, and yes I have checked my drivers.
Made another new case the other day with no response, except a request to fill out a customer care survey.
Would have saved my ranting for there, but the razer customer care is so bad the link to the survey didn't even work.
Guess I'll wait till the fan fails and the whole thing bursts into flames before chucking my Razer into the sea
