I live in Malaysia, and I recently came across a call scammer that used my mobile number to purchase Razer content without my knowledge.
Does anyone here know who to contact specifically in the Razer team in order to ask for a background check and possibly suspension of the scammer's account?
My phone carrier company informed me that the transaction made for the Razer content is valid and that they cannot refund it to me, which isn't my purchase to begin with.
Please,the scammer has charged multiple unwanted bills under my phone number,and I need help finding out the scammer and stop them. If you know how to contact the Razer team via email,let me know, so I can send them proof of the illegal transactions.
