Does Razer Kaira Pro work with Synapse 3?

Hi, I bought a Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox and it works perfectely fine on Xbox. I also connected it via Bluetooth to my laptop and it also works. But the problem is that Razer Synapse 3 don't rocognize my headset. I made sure its connected and also un- and reinstalled Synapse, but still didn't work? I also tried the official "Razer Headset Setup for Xbox" app from the Microsoft Store but it also dont recognizes my Headset. As said, it works perfectly fine on the Xbox(also with the setup app on xbox). Can someone please help me? Thank you

I am also having this issue, both my keyboard and mouse are picked up on razer synapse 3.0 perfectly fine but my Razer Kaira Pro which is bought to be able to use with both Laptop and Console does not get recognised. Considering the price of the product and the ‘Pro’ labelling it is a huge shame to have found out that the headset left out.

The exact same issue is happening with me both my keyboard and mouse were detected instantaneously by synapse but the Kaira Pro headset isn’t being detected. I’m not sure if this is a software issue or a headset issue, but I'm really disappointed in this outcome for the product.

Kaira Pro doesn't have support for Synapse.

Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox is not Synapse 3 enabled and does not require the app to work on its full potential. You can check its master guide for more information about the headset. Thank!
