Does the GPU have a different warranty?

I've had my razer laptop (razer blade 15, base model, 2021) for 1 year and a half. This means that it is now out of warranty. However, I have started having some issues with my GPU, firstly I am always using 100% GPU while playing games, e.g. minecraft and forza 5. There is another issue which sometimes makes my screen go fuzzy and black. Finally, I think I can smell burning coming from my laptop, since I discovered this I have had my laptop reach temperatures of 91 degrees while browsing google. I am thinking of getting my GPU replaced and potentially my cooling system. So, I was wandering if there was a separate warranty for GPU.
