As the topic asks, i want to know if the PWM controller can actually stop fans by cutting the electricity on the respective ports/turn ports ON/OFF. I have some 120mm fans that doesn’t stop on 0 RPM but constantly spin at the lowest RPM. It would be nice knowing if this is possible or not, since this would make the controller (and my wanting to buy it) much more attractive.
Question
Does the PWM Fan Controller support stopping fans? Ie cutting power to the respective ports when temps are low enough?
