Hello,
I just bought the headset, at first the dongle connected and the was seen as an sound output, but the next day, the dongle was not recognize as a sound out put, just an “other device”, the name of the product is displayed but nothing is happening.

I tried with the device reinstall, unplug and plug it again, I’ve tried everything I found on the internet, nothing worked…what can I do??
