Hello, I have installed the synapse 4 software in two places, in the first place I could configure the mouse for synapse 4 but now I have installed the s4 in a second place and the mouse refuses to respond. I have changed a lot at home and now I have reinstalled the synapse 3 and now the s4 profile can of course no longer be used, can this be resetted?
