Downloading Razer Synapse 3

Woo! Just got a new Deathadderv2 mini and woah im good at gaming all of a sudden wait what Alright, alright, its cool and all, but I wanna do macro shfit. hey can i download syna- YOU NEED ADMIN AND YOU ARE DEFINATELY NOT THE ONLY ADMIN ON THIS PC SO GIVE ME ADMIN I already gave it admin, and it says it needs administrator perms to install (it had already downloaded). ?? What do I do? I did the windows compatibility, moved the install location, and even moved the installer itself. What am I doing wrong? I also reinstalled the installer... PC: (also i have a gtx 750 but i forgot where to get the actual list of specs)
