DP and Thunderbolt specs

Hello everyone, hope someone can help me out with two questions I need answered before I can do some upgrades to my work setup at home. I currently own the Razer Blade 15 Advanced https://www.razer.com/gaming-laptops/Razer-Blade-15/RZ09-03017E02-R3U1 Question 1: Do the mini Displayport/Mobile RTX 2070 support DSC? So I can get a monitor to run 4k 144hz 10bit. this monitor: https://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-27gn950-b-gaming-monitor Question 2: I can't find any valid information on how many PCI-E lanes is reserved for the Thunderbolt 3.0 port. I might wanna go for an Razer Core Chroma. Can be great as a docking station for an upcoming RTX 3000 series GPU and Ethernet + USB peripherals
