DPI buttons issue

Hello, i just bought a razer basilisk v2, when i try to change dpi via mouse buttons it only changes one stage and then locks all of the other stages at synapse and i cant change again, i believe its a software issue, not a hardware one since the mouse is brand new. I have updated all the firmware, mouse drivers and razer synapse updates but nothing solve my problem. I also tried reinstalling synapse I did factory reset on mouse settings and synapse as well. I am 100% that all of the mouse buttons dont have custom bindings. I do believe its a software issue (synapse). P.S. the screenshot i uploaded is what happens after i click a dpi button.
